What this service is

DamageRestore HQ is an introduction service. We route homeowner enquiries to independent local restoration companies. We are not a contractor, we do not perform restoration work, and the contract for any work is between you and the company that contacts you. Verify licensing and insurance before hiring; licensing requirements vary by state.

How we are paid

Restoration companies pay us for qualified enquiries. This never changes the price you pay, and companies cannot pay to alter the figures in the claims index.

The claims index

Figures in the claims index derive from public FEMA NFIP records under the methodology stated on each page. They describe recorded claims, not quotes or market prices. You may quote or embed any figure with attribution and a link to the page it came from; the embed snippets on each page do exactly that.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep the data accurate to its stated sources and dates, but we make no warranty about the outcome of any restoration work or insurance claim.
